Who is HobbyDetective for?

Select Create a free account and fill in your organisation's details. After registering, follow the welcome steps to complete your provider profile, facilities and amenities and create your first listing. You do not need a subscription to get started.

Useful tip: add your logo, a clear description, contact details and all venue amenities before publishing. A complete profile helps users feel confident about choosing you.

HobbyDetective opens to the public on 1 December 2026.

Partner registration is already open. The sooner you complete your profile and your first listings, the readier you are for the first visitors.

You can publish activities, events, excursions, volunteering opportunities and youth programmes. For activities, you can create one or more sections and set each section's schedule, ages or level, available spots, prices and booking method.

Simple rule: create a new activity when what you offer changes; create a new section when the schedule, level or audience changes.

In Booking Settings, you choose how you want each booking to be completed:

• Online booking: the customer pays online by card through HobbyDetective and the place is reserved automatically — or, with an active subscription, by an off-platform method (Bizum, cash, bank transfer, card at the venue) that you confirm yourself.
• Participation request (Premium): you receive a structured request, with no immediate payment required.
• Global setting and overrides (Premium): you set one default booking method for your profile and, if needed, a different method for specific listings.

For online payments we use Stripe, a secure online payment service. To receive payments, you need to connect your bank account.

Free includes a professional profile, unlimited listings, online bookings, communication through chat, up to 4 photos per listing (the cover included), the basic booking and view numbers on your dashboard and your own administrator account. Your page shows no email, phone, website or socials: customers message you through the platform.

Premium includes everything in Free and adds your email, phone, website and socials on your page, up to 11 photos and 1 video per listing, FAQs on your listings and on your profile, a participation request, payments outside the platform (Bizum, bank, cash or card at your venue), files in chat, confirmations of attendance for your participants, full statistics with revenue and CSV export, up to 9 colleagues besides you (ten seats in total) and unlimited people you add yourself. Premium Plus includes everything in Premium and adds booking on your own website and the AI tools: the listing fill-in assistant in the creation wizard, the CRM opportunity assistant and an AI Assistant that knows your account.

Platform commission: on Free it is 5% on bookings and e-shop purchases, on Premium 3% in both cases, on Premium Plus 0% on bookings and 2% on e-shop purchases. Booking commission is billed to you under Platform fees for every paid booking or package, whether the customer paid online or at your venue; e-shop commission is withheld from card-paid orders only and is calculated on the goods, not on delivery (orders paid by Bizum or bank transfer carry none). Stripe processing fees are separate.

Premium costs €25/month or €216/year. Premium Plus costs €30/month or €288/year (€24/month when billed annually). All prices exclude VAT. You can start free and upgrade later without rebuilding your listings.

On the free plan your page shows no email, phone, website or socials. Customers message you through HobbyDetective or book straight away online, and everything arrives in your dashboard.

With Premium your email, phone, website and socials appear on your page. With Premium Plus you can also send a listing's bookings to your own website.

Use a clear title, a detailed but easy-to-read description, the right category and tags, and bright, high-quality photos. Keep the schedule, available spots, prices and cancellation policy up to date.

Think like a user: before booking, they want to know who the activity is for, what is included, what to bring, where it takes place, how much it costs and what happens if they cancel. Clear answers and quick replies build trust and reduce repetitive questions.

From the dashboard you can manage your listings, schedule, bookings, messages, the list of people you serve, packages and statistics in one place.

The e-shop is available on every plan: with a subscription it opens as soon as you accept the terms, while on the free plan that acceptance becomes a request and waits for review. Once it is open, you add your products, organise stock and manage orders and deliveries without relying on a separate tool. Platform commission on e-shop card purchases is 5% on Free, 3% on Premium and 2% on Premium Plus, on the goods rather than delivery; orders paid by Bizum or bank transfer carry none.
